Rental Home Lock Replacement
A rental home keypad lock failed and had no emergency keyway. Once access was restored, the customer chose a simple standard lock in place of the failed keypad lock.

Service record
The failed lock was no longer suitable for the rental entry. We restored access, installed the customer’s chosen standard lock and checked normal daily operation.
Confirm the issue
We inspected the lock and confirmed that the keypad no longer opened the door normally.
Restore access
After confirming the service request, we restored normal access for the property.
Replace the lock
The failed keypad lock was replaced with the selected standard lock.
Test before handoff
The latch, knob and key operation were checked before completion.
